2017 Tech Session

We assembled Saturday morning at Mark Roethemeier's "Garag-Mahal" to answer the burning question, "How many SIR-PCA members will it take to install a set of Shark-Werks Cross Over pipes on Scott Klueh's 911 and a FabSpeed exhaust on Wayne Parks' 911, and will they finish in time for lunch?

Quite a few, it seems. First, analysts have to study the situation.

Then, the hands-on guys get involved. Mark and Mitch Deep took the lead.

A lot of consulting is required along the way.

We're pretty sure this part comes out...

... and these new bits have to be installed. It seemed prudent to have an experienced consultant like Danny Simonson of Foreign Performance on hand

It may be important to have witnesses.

Sounds good!

Time for a test drive.

Next up: let's put that FabSpeed exhaust on Wayne Parks' car.

Unfortunately, Wayne's exhaust tips were welded on, which was not anticipated and couldn't be dealt with during this tech session.

So, it must be time for lunch! Home made cookies from Cheryl, soft drinks, and pizzas furnished by Scott capped the morning's tech session.

So how many SIR-PCA members did it take? I think I counted more than a dozen, and they were all vital to the morning's success (and fun)!
